Building a Better Tomorrow
Expro Welfare Foundation (EWF) is a Non-government organization established in 2018 and started its development journey with great enthusiasm and encouragement by the community people in order to enhance the socio-economic status of the grassroots people in the village area. It was 1st initiated and started in development activities at Nishindhara under Bogura Pourashova of Bogura Sadar Upazila in Bogura district. This organization registered with the Register of Joint Stock Companies & Firms Govt. of Bangladesh. It has been working for last 08 years as driving force for transforming societies towards sustainable development by promoting, advocating and implementing programs that address root causes of problems.
Expro Welfare Foundation (EWF) undertook a number of development programs for its group people utilizing own resources and funds in 2018. Expro Welfare Foundation strengthened its activities and included more interventions like institution building, income and employment generating activities, environment, water & sanitation, agriculture, educational activities, fashion design, women entrepreneurship, tailoring training, markets and livelihoods programs, and food-processing initiatives across Bangladesh.
About Our Founder
Md. Motaher Hossain, Founder Chairman, Expro Welfare Foundation.
A Visionary Educator and Reformer Md. Motaher Hossain is a distinguished academician and a pioneer in the social and economic development of modern Bangladesh. As a College Principal by profession, he has dedicated his life to education, character building and the empowerment of the youth.
Core Philosophy His life and work are guided by the resilient motto: "Winner never quit, quitter never win, so never never quit."
Social and Economic Impact Driven by a deep sense of patriotism, he established the Expro Welfare Foundation to bridge the gap between education and economic growth. He is actively working toward social upliftment and poverty alleviation, believing that true progress is achieved when every citizen contributes to the nation's prosperity.

Md. Hashan Sofiul Kabir, Co-Founder, Expro Welfare Foundation.
A dedicated leader and social advocate, our Co-Founder has been instrumental in shaping the vision and mission of Expro Welfare Foundation. With a strong background in community development and social service, they have worked tirelessly to implement sustainable solutions for the underprivileged.
